The foundation

The body is the floor of every other page.

Before you can build a house, you need a foundation. Before you can grow food, you need soil. Before you can do anything at all, you need a body that works. This is not about aesthetics or fitness culture — it's about keeping the vessel intact so it can carry you through a long, useful life. A broken body is a broken project. Everything else depends on this one thing.

The modern world has made the body into an afterthought — something to be managed between meetings, patched up when it breaks, and medicated into compliance. That is not how a culture survives. A culture that cannot keep its people healthy is a culture that has already begun to die.
